As soon as possible, please! We’d love to have our final headcount squared away If we don’t hear from you by the deadline, we’ll have to assume you’re a “no” (and trust us, we’ll be sad about it). Our vendors need numbers in advance, and we appreciate your understanding!

We wish we had unlimited space, but unfortunately, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you’ve been given a plus one, their name will be included in your invitation. Otherwise, we ask that only the named guests attend.

We love your kiddos, but this time, it’s an adults-only celebration. We hope you enjoy the excuse for a fun night out!

Travel & Accommodations

We’ve put together a Travel Guide with everything you need to know, including hotel recommendations, great restaurants, and fun things to do while you're in Sault Ste. Marie. Check it out here: COMING SOON

Yes! We want everyone to have a great time without worrying about the ride home. We’ve arranged for buses to take guests back within city limits at the end of the night. Just a heads-up—these buses won’t be able to go down dead-end roads, so drop-offs will happen at the nearest main road.

There is limited parking at the venue, and since it’s a farm, parking will be on grass along the driveway. If you can, we encourage carpooling, using a ride service, or getting dropped off to help minimize the number of vehicles.

The Big Day

The ceremony starts at 3:00 PM sharp, so please plan to arrive by 2:45 PM to find your seat and get settled. (Because let’s be honest, no one wants to be the person awkwardly sneaking in late.)

Yes! Weather permitting (fingers crossed), the ceremony will be outside. The reception will be inside the barn, so you’ll get the best of both worlds. Keep that in mind when choosing your outfit—layers might be a good idea!

Our wedding vibe is semi-formal, dressy but not too fancy. Cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, suits, or dress pants with a button-up are all great choices. Ties are welcome but not required, unless you need an emergency napkin!
Now, let’s talk about shoes. Our venue is a farm, which means you’ll be walking on grass, gravel, and an old barn floor with some character (aka, a little uneven). We highly recommend wearing flats, block heels, or wedges so you’re not aerating the lawn with every step. Stilettos might be stylish, but trust us—they won’t be your friend here!
We can’t wait to celebrate with you and see everyone looking their best (and still standing by the end of the night)!

We’d love for you to be fully present in the moment with us, so we kindly ask that all phones and cameras stay tucked away during the ceremony. Don’t worry—we have a professional capturing all the magic! Once the ceremony is over, snap away! Feel free to take as many photos and videos as your heart desires (and tag us so we can see them all later!).

Absolutely! We’ll have welcome drinks, wine and beer during dinner, and a fully stocked open bar for the party. So, drink up and enjoy—but fair warning, the hangover is on you!

We’re excited to treat our guests to a five-course dinner, including dessert, provided by Grand Gardens. During cocktail hour, enjoy charcuterie and a variety of hors d'oeuvres, and don’t miss the late-night snack served at 10pm to keep you fueled on the dance floor! If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know in your RSVP—we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Gifts

Your presence is truly the greatest gift! We’re so grateful to have you celebrating with us. However, if you’d like to help us start this next chapter, we’ve put together a registry with some of our favorite things.

For those who prefer a more flexible option, we’re also gratefully accepting contributions toward our honeymoon fund. We are planning an unforgettable trip to Italy in the spring of 2026! No matter what, your love and support mean the world to us.

Yes! Instead of a traditional wedding gift, we’d love for you to consider contributing to our honeymoon fund. We’re planning a dream trip to Italy in spring 2026 — think pasta, wine, and lots of gelato! Your support will help us create unforgettable memories as newlyweds, and we’re so grateful for any contribution, big or small.

Can't wait to celebrate with you!
